 The State-of-the-Art GMP & ISO 9001:2008 Certified manufacturing facility of UBCPL is set in a plot area measuring 5 acres i.e. a little more the 20,000 square meters. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved 40,000 square feet facility is can manufacture of both Cosmetics and Ayurvedic Products. The Manufacturing block houses two manufacturing & three filling lines in a dust free environment to manufacture & fill the products. The Primary & Secondary areas have been provided with AHU’s & Air Conditioning in line with the dust free environment.
All the critical areas of the unit i.e. Dispensing, Manufacturing, Filling, Laboratory and Microbiology have been installed with Epoxy Flooring along with Epoxy Coving to prevent dust settlement along the floor and corners. We have established a linear flowing building design, which is fully equipped with innovative technology and requisite machines that help in formulating our products & services within the stipulated time frame. We have employed advanced technology and the latest machines to process products in compliance with the international quality standards. |
